The NOC (Network Operations Center)

Thanks to the connectivity of your equipment, our control center can check the health data of your machines in real time. We can intervene remotely to adjust parameters or schedule a targeted intervention before the session is impacted.

Preventive Maintenance

Our certified technicians perform regular visits (semi-annual or annual) to carry out a complete check-up: dusting optical paths and filters, checking connectors, updating server software and colorimetric calibration. Logistics and Spare Parts
